Terms and Conditions

Cards on file will be charged once you are within your cancellation window.  If you want to change your card, split the price of the room with other guests, or pay in cash please let us know in advance.  If you need to change your card please let us know 7 days before arrival.  

 

Check-In Policy

Currently all check-ins are self-checkin.  The keypad code for your stay will be provided via text on the day of your arrival.
If you cannot receive texts please let us know ahead of time so that we can provide your keypad code via email or phone.

Other Website Online Reservations

If you made your reservation through Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com or other online service we may request a credit card to hold on file in the event of any damage or additional charges.

Pets

While we love dogs, we do not allow pets at Mountainside Inn due to the close quarters and use of the common areas.  This includes emotional support animals which are not covered under ADA rules.  Service animals trained to perform specific tasks and assistance to a guest are welcome at no charge in compliance with the ADA.
